The Stage 7 Time Trial has been moved to Santa Clarita from Big Bear due to weather. It is raining and in the mid-thirties now (2 degrees C), and it is expected to snow later tonight. For the safety of the riders, fans and staff, the race organizers wanted to keep the time trial in the race. The time trial will now be only 6.6 miles (10.6km) and flat.
